Throughout the process of creating the Dr. Horowitz Lyme & TBD's DVD, we have come into contact with more and more people suffering from Lyme worldwide. We've not only been educated by Dr. Horowitz's presentation, but by the people we have encountered along the way. The more we learn about Lyme and tick borne diseases, the more we see a need in the community for awareness and education. It seems to us that one of the most problematic issues of Lyme is misdiagnosis. We are in the planning and research phase of a documentary that will address the human aspect of misdiagnosis, in hopes of creating awareness of this crucial issue to medical professionals, corporations, politicians, and the thousands of people who are suffering from Lyme Disease and do not know it. We are reaching out to the Lyme community for your questions, answers, and most importantly, your personal experiences. It is personal experience that helps us grow, and by sharing those experiences, you may be able to help someone else. A human perspective is what we are looking for. If you would like to be a part of this project, we would love to hear your thoughts and opinions on what the Lyme community and the general public need to know about this disease.
